What does the design journey look like and do I need a specific idea before approaching?
Every project begins with a consultation to understand your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. From there, we move through proposal development, moodboarding, 3D renderings, material selection, and renovation execution—all the way to final handover. We’re with you at every stage.
How long will my renovation take and can you work with my budget?
Project timelines vary depending on size and complexity. During our consultation, we’ll provide a clear schedule and work closely with you to balance design, functionality, and cost, ensuring a plan that fits your budget and timeline.
Do you handle HDB/MCST permit submissions?
Yes. We manage all necessary permit applications and submissions to HDB or MCST on your behalf, including electrical and ceiling plans. So you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.
Do you provide a workmanship warranty?
Yes. Every project comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If any defects related to our renovation work arise, our team will conduct an assessment and advise on the necessary next steps. Your peace of mind matters to us even after we’ve handed over the keys.
