First Consultation
Before anything is designed, we sit down with you. We explore your lifestyle, design preferences, functional needs, and renovation budget. Everything that follows is built around you.

Proposal Development
We translate the conversation into a tangible direction. We will be presenting proposed floor plans, curated moodboards, and a clear itemised quotation so you know exactly what to expect.

Visualisation & Sign-Off
Using detailed 3D renderings and carpentry drawings, we bring your space to life visually. A full project timeline is provided so every phase, from construction to completion is clearly mapped out.

Pre-Construction Preparation
We handle all permit applications, material finalisations, and authority submissions, including HDB/MCST approvals and Professional Engineer endorsements where required. Nothing moves forward until everything is in order.

Execution
Renovation works begin with our team closely supervising every stage on-site, ensuring quality, progress, and your vision are never compromised.

Completion & Final Inspection
Before handover, we conduct a thorough defect inspection to ensure every corner meets our standard. Only when everything adds up do we call it done.
