Job Description
- Meet clients to develop concept designs, including Space Planning, Design Conceptualisation, Material Selection, and Colour Scheme Specifications based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D and 3D design concepts and space planning drawings.
- Drive personal sales performance and achieve sales targets, from following up on leads to building strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client project.
- Manage project costing and work closely with relevant departments to monitor and follow up on project progress.
- Record, analyse, and report lead follow-up activities and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, or industry seminars to maintain and develop professional and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Design and build experience will be a strong advantage.
- Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD or equivalent software.
